J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez BSI en déc. 2009

Submitted the CV which interested the company enough to offer an interview. I found the interview to be quite a pleasant experience and only fell short on one question. The panel themselves consisted of senior and fairly new staff to represent the various levels of seniority. However the HR feedback subsequent to the interview was terse to say the least and certainly did not match or describe my interview experience.

Question 1
Give an example of a complex set of tasks carried out concurrently and how did you time manage them?
I got interview invitation before HR contact me. When screening call, I ask to call back because I am not able to talk. She said okay she will return the call but nope. Then on that day of interview, I join the link 3 times but no one accept me. I end the call and try to join back but suddenly the link is unavailable. I emailed the hr about that but no reply until today. If you want to cancel the interview, please tell the candidates. waste my time.

The interview process was well executed and organized. They are thorough in the vetting process, and follow up accordingly. First is a single interview, then the second round involves a couple of individuals. Lastly, a panel interview is performed with different people across different roles and markets.

I’ve applied to multiple roles at BSI and even progressed to a phone interview, only to be completely ghosted afterward—more than once. No updates, no rejection, nothing.
With years of experience in the TIC industry, this isn’t a lack of qualification it’s a lack of communication. A simple follow-up would go a long way in showing basic respect for candidates.
