Interview process is just like any company, they usually look for two kind of talent - highly talented or very good learners. I joined as a trainee 4 years back, i was trained by their training division for software development services and worked as intern for 3 more months after the training. Then after a final interview which was based on training they provided (technical) i was taken in software development team. At every stage they keep evaluating the trainees.
