I first had a phone interview. Then I had an in person interview with hiring manager and Vice President of Finance. The final interview was with the hiring manager over dinner. Th Vice President of Finance asked a lot of questions about the resume. If you mention increasing sales be ready to explain the specific measures you felt you did to increase sales.
