Entretien
They first screen you based on you resume and cover letter. If successful they invite you to conduct some online test where they monitor your answer to communication and analytical questions
If successful they invite you for the first round of interview with consultants for a case study. They show you a prompt and give you 30 minutes to write a report detailing your answer to the question. Then they come back on the call and ask you some question so you can justify your report. They also ask you some questions more about your experience and fit with the company towards the end

Question 1
They provide you with a business case study. Compared to other case studies I did for other econ consulting firms, this one was much less economics focused and resembled much more what you can expect from a strategy consulting firm. Given the information the case involved setting the appropriate price for a product and estimate the revenue that can be made from it
