Online screening with HR Manager, online call with Associate Director, then 2 hours of 4 interviews online for the final round. Quick two week turnaround depending on if the team is between projects.

Met with all team members, it was nice meeting the team in the interview and being able to see how I would fit in with the team. Very conversational, and low pressure.

Behaviorials and then an easy case. The interview process was super supportive, and they got back to me within a week, offering me another round. The second round was an in-person superday interview in Washington, D.C., three behavioral interviews, and one technical interview.

Primi colloquio consiste in un’ora in cui devi scrivere un report riguardo un case study. Poi c’è un colloquio tecnico in cui rivedi i concetti del case che hai consegnato. Infine hai altri 3/4 colloqui conoscitivi con director in cui possono fare anche delle domande di teoria
