There was an event the night before where the applicants were able to get to know the employees. The next day I interviewed and went through four 30-minute interviews. After the conclusion of the interviews there was a group case study that they had previously exposed us too via email a few days before.

Consisted of a technical/case part and behavioral part. Case was very generic and more focused on answering broad analytical questions. Behavioral was straightforward and asking about experiences working with data and where your interest in BRG stems from.

Integrated health solutions team. First a short screening to go over resume. Then they send a case two days before the next interview with a spreadsheet and slide deck for you to complete. Took a couple hours. You present these and go over resume with two team members for the second interview. Third interview is behaviorals with a director.
