First of all, this company is to hire people to work for foreign clients, they considered as the connection between Egyptian labor & foreign clients. At first, they called and asked if I was free now to do a quick phone interview and it take only five minutes she asked me to introduce myself and she told me a deadline if I was accepted they gonna call me before this deadline and they did call me before it! The second day someone from this Co. called he told me that I'm accepted in the first interview and I have a second interview with the client the next day, he asked if I had anything to ask about if the salary is ok with me and if I was ok with the hop requirements. Then he allowed me to ask about anything I want and he answered all my questions patiently. The second interview with the American client was nice, I don't know if I’m accepted or not yet but I believe it was a good process with professional people.
