Awful. Applied online, apart from standard generic "received application confirmation" email 10 seconds after hitting submit button, heard nothing back until a cold (and again generic worded) email 10 weeks after application saying progressing with other applicants. Ex-colleagues working in BOQ (whom I've worked with over 15 years at all levels Line 1, Line 2, Regional Managers and Department Heads) all surprised I didn't even get an interview. No details for unsuccessful application, no ability to discuss with unsuccessful email having the nerve to say they will keep my details on file and encourage me to keep BOQ in mind for future opportunities. With the shoddy and cold application and hard-close process, definitely won't be keeping BOQ in mind.
