I was contacted on LinkedIn by the hiring manager for networking. We scheduled a conversation for the following next day, this was not part of the formal interview process. We had a great conversation and I expressed interest in interviewing for the role. My first in person interview was in Houston with the hiring manager, followed by a trip to Tulsa to meet with eight more people at HQ.
