Had a phone screen with the recruiter, which was great! Then had an interview with hiring leader that was all about diversity and inclusion. It only mentioned diversity in the job description once. Then the hiring leader declined me and they automatically rejected me. Worst interview of my entire career. I felt like it was reverse racism against me
