reached out to a recruiter who I had mutual connections with. he/she referred me to my regional recruiter and I was sent a personal application link. A few weeks later, I was called for a ten-minute screening and got pushed forward to the next round. Superday consisted of two interviews back to back and took about 1 1/2 hr. notified of acceptance about 4 days later.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
describe a time you were in a group and disagreed with a member. how did you resolve your conflict?
Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.
The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.
Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
