Applied to position on company website and was contacted by recruiter for a phone screen. A couple weeks later was asked for another phone interview with the hiring manager.

Interview with recruiter, then interview with manager. The interviews were casual and I did not feel they were well prepared. I met with two BNY Wealth Management team members. It was relaxed and laid back.

Entretien
I applied through my high school during my senior year and only received a phone interview with the manager. They just asked basic questions about my work experience, it felt more like a conversation than an actual interview which made me feel relieved.
