The process lasted about 2-3 weeks. It started off with an HR round, and then there were two Technical Rounds. The technical interviewer did not even know basic concepts of Finance, and was not aware that Securities include Equities. Did not know anything about basic computing languages, such as R and SAS. Highly unprofessional - picked up Skype call on a cell-phone, made faces after each answer (regardless of whether it was right or wrong.) Would not recommend.

1st interview - met with two lower manager level type employees. Asked basic teamwork and leadership questions. 10-12 questions asked, more of a feeling out process for the candidate. 2nd interview - met with two vice president level managers, they kinda asked similar questions and talked more about the specific job, and past job experiences. Not many technical questions in this one either, which was nice. Interview wasn't intimidating, and wasn't too difficult. Expect HR to take awhile with the hiring process.
