The process took about two weeks. I applied online and got a phone interview in about a week. After that, I had a in-person interview with my manager and a supervisor. The questions were basic and easy. I was prepared with answers of some of the most common questions - my greatest weakness/strength and where do I see myself in 5 years. What do I know about the company etc.

It was very straightforward. I was told what to expect, and what was expected of me. I was informed of the training procedures and all that. The interview process was a formality it seemed to me. I feel like I was going to be offered the position so long as I didn't make a fool of myself. The qualification aspect, my college degree, is what really mattered.
