The interview process was really good, the campus recruiters were lovely and helped with any questions I had and kept me well informed along the way. Panel interview with 4 people interviewing me, wasn’t too hard though.
Very straightforward process, a screening call with HR, then 2 interviews with individuals in the division applied for. More focus was emphasised on your skills, past experiences and why BNY.
