Hiring process involves 4 rounds.
1. round is general aptitude test consisting 25 questions, you will be given 30 min to solve these questions. If you have basic knowledge of math and reasoning, then you will Crack this round.
2. Next round is technical round and this is the toughest among all the rounds. Interviewer start from basics and goes real deep. (you might need to right some codes and logics)
3. Next is management round, it is not that difficult. Manager will check your knowledge and might ask to write some simple codes.
4. Hr round, this round is more or less formality, hr will ask you about some personal questions and family background. Hr will tell you about company policy and discuss about your salary. That's it.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BNT SOFT in Jan 2019. Didn't get any replay after that even for mail too. Interviewer was not experiences one, And, the guys wasn't even able to ask questions.
