J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez BNSF Railway (Dallas, TX) en oct. 2014
Entretien
The first interview was done over the phone. Just a basic overview of my resume. And asking basic situational questions. I received and email a week later and was invited to a two day event where they had an overview of the different areas a field engineer can undertake. Then there was a panel interview with more in depth questions more specific to the job.

Long day of interviews, nothing difficult in particular, personality survey was odd. Didn't get an offer but they did fly me in and out for the interview. Overall seems like a good company to work for but a lot of long days and frequent moves deterred me from working there.

Pretty in depth. Standard interview, hair follicle test, and online test. There are tons of candidates who will be selected to at least do the interview process, make sure to dress business casual during the interview.
