It started at 7:30am and I left at 4:30 pm. It gave good background of BNSF, but was very competitive. There was also a written test that we took in a room with the other candidates.

Then there is a event in Fort Worth where all applicants come to interview on the same date. It typically took several weeks to hear back after each step in the process.
