You meet with a large group of pre-screened applicants for one on one interviews. Drug tests are sometimes given on the spot regardless of an offer. You go over a safety briefing which seems odd but safety is all the company is about. Several people from various crafts will talk and also sit in on the interviews. They love to hire family and friends of current employees. They will try to scare you away regarding the tough life, long/erratic hours, etc....some guys got up and left LOL

Quick and easy over zoom was a woman and a train master doing the interview . Just simple questions about your past employment history among other things. That is all the interview was about

very straightforward with two people on the interview one being the train master and a woman from hr just asking basic questions. like have you ever worked in inclimate weather
