It was a long process that stretched out over the course of two months. First there was the application and multiple tests that went along with the application. It took two hours to complete. Then I was invited to an interview. They gave a presentation, we interviewed one by one with a group of interviewers, and then we took hair follicle drug tests. Once an offer was given to me, I had to go take a strength test, physical, and went to paid training.
