Assessment followed by 45 min video interview. First part motivational, then technical then brainteasers. The interviewer is helpful in walking you through the questions. They also ask you about current affairs, why this division, how changes impact our division, etc

Good interview process, had an OA, then an interview with a trader, then had a final round interview with a news flash, math & logic test, and dicussion with other prospective interns
