1st: English test at job application process; 2nd: HR business partner interview 3rd: First approach with a Team Leader or low level leader; 4th (optional): second approach with high level management 5th: if not chosen for the job, might get the opportunity to interview to another position right away
Very traditional form interview process. Enjoyed that it was done in small groups. Also do a tour of the building which is helpful - interviewed at old building so unsure on process in new building

Correu bem. Fui claro, confiante e mostrei interesse genuíno na função e na empresa. Consegui explicar as minhas experiências de forma objetiva, responder com naturalidade e apresentar exemplos concretos das minhas competências. Houve uma boa dinâmica com os entrevistadores, senti que ouviram com atenção e valorizaram o que partilhei. Saí da entrevista com uma sensação positiva, otimista e esperançoso quanto ao próximo passo.
