Had 2 interviews. On the second one, the man in question, was just awful. Kept asking why I wanted to work for the bank area and how dull the job was and that it didn't allow any space for creativity whatsoever.

Very traditional form interview process. Enjoyed that it was done in small groups. Also do a tour of the building which is helpful - interviewed at old building so unsure on process in new building

Correu bem. Fui claro, confiante e mostrei interesse genuíno na função e na empresa. Consegui explicar as minhas experiências de forma objetiva, responder com naturalidade e apresentar exemplos concretos das minhas competências. Houve uma boa dinâmica com os entrevistadores, senti que ouviram com atenção e valorizaram o que partilhei. Saí da entrevista com uma sensação positiva, otimista e esperançoso quanto ao próximo passo.
