It was a scheduled interview. It started as per schedule and first round was face to face technical interview. The interview went on for more than 45 minutes. I was told to wait in the same room and a managerial round was taken for about an hour. Then I was told to wait in the lobby till the next instruction is dropped by. I was asked to come in and it was my mindset, it would be an HR round like other companies. But it was again a technical face to face round which went more than 30 mins. Questions were quite tricky and not upto average 2 year experienced interview questions. After about 2 and a half hour of face to face technical interview, a candidate is prone to stop thinking technically and his analytical power is going to get down.
I would have suggested if the rounds were taken on different days. Or they would have some technical written test so that candidate's energy is saved and he gives his/her best.
It has 2 rounds
Should have good knowledge in banking domain.the questions based on capital market,banking and mutual funds related.
Needs to know the complete explanation about capital market and other and also the role..domain knowledge is must.

Hiring process was smooth and difficulty level is average .More focus is given on the logic building skills and your confidence to answer them . In Technical interview we were asked to write the code for the scenario given by the interviewer
