Worst experience ever. Definitely not expected from organization such as BNP. Several months after applying I received a call from HR and was invited to a live interview (no questions via phone, just direct interview invitation). One hour of "conversation" with future manager (IT). I say "conversation" because I was barely speaking, I was almost asked no questions. Just listening to manager speaking about the position and future duties. Basically it was good, no bad signs and I was looking forward to second round. It supposed to be with the IT manager again + HR representative + someone from management (business). But, after more than one month and two reminders from my side (asking about the application status) I received a short call from HR where they said I was not selected for the second round. Just like that, no explanation, nothing. As I said, worst experience ever, such unprofessional behaviour, from clumsy HR department (waiting for feedback forever; several contact person changes in meantime) to pretentious manager.
