1. Applied online and submitted a cover letter and CV 2. Completed verbal and numerical psychometric tests ( which were difficult but used the same format as every other big company) 3. Got invited to a final interview at the office one to one process very friendly and travel expenses paid for. Had to prepare a presentation about myself
