I was contacted by BMO Talent Acquisitions from out of state through phone. The phone interview lasted about 35 minutes. We first went over my resume and my availability. She then asked me several behavioural questions and talked more about the position. She then talked about how she loved our conversation, wanted to talk about me to the hiring manager about me, and also wanted to send me a 90 minute assessment to further schedule an interview.
