Applied online, had a recruiter screen, met with hiring manager, then had a phone call with upper level management. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and engaging. Wanted to know how experience translated to the role. I was very excited about the position based upon my feedback throughout the process. Disappointed when I was presented with a lowball offer well below market rate.
