Very easy process phone interview first then followed by in person interview job offer 4 days later I will recommend applying. The manager was really nice and made me comfortable

Really easy interview I knew I got the job on the spot no drug testing only background check which I think they should change I had a phone interview first then one on one

The interview process for a teller was with standard questions. What skills do you have that could help BMO? What are your weaknesses? I did not get a lot of job insight from the actual person conducting the interviewing as she seemed uninterested.
