The interview process was 40 min long. Went over my curriculum. They ask question about my future plan and they ask about situational question about the job. At the end they ask about my expected salary and they answered any question that I had.

Many behavioural types of questions and past experiences were asked. Not too many questions about yourself, but about the experiences you had. Be prepared for small talks and conversational questions.

Video round consisted of standard questions on motivation, experience in customer service, how to solve problems with customers.you are given around a minute to prepare and review each of your responses, and can retake 3 times.
