We had a phone interview at first. I was sent a link to application and I need to fill application forms online and got email confirmation about the phone interview time. I called the interviewer and talked about 20 minutes.

It was a 30 min interview. There was no technical questions. Asked some simple behaviour questions. Asked about how many SOA exams have you passed. The hiring manager introduced about the job duties and team information.
