There were 3 steps: a one-way video interview, interview with Senior Marketing Manager, and then the department heads. Overall, the process was pretty good. Everyone was really friendly, the questions were a lot more positioned focused during the second interview then they were more behavioural and random for the last one. The second interview felt like it was going on for longer though, but they were both around half an hour.

The interview process was pretty straightforward; it felt more like a conversation about the role and its key deliverables rather than a formal interview. It gave me a clear understanding of what to expect in the position.

Friendly, non-intimidating, relaxed. The interviewers were extremely easy to talk to and it felt as more of a conversation than an interview. i could tell from my initial interview that BMO was a place I would excel in and a culture I would fit into.
