They sent me a digital interview, meaning an interview where you have to record yourself. I found it dehumanizing since interviews have to be a two-way communication so that the candidates can also have a chance to ask questions to the interviewer and see whether the company is a great fit for them. However, I was desperate for a job and decided to proceed with the digital interview. The 5 questions were very typical and 3 attempts were given for each, but I panicked given that I was able to see the 60-second time tick in front of me as I was speaking. I got very self-conscious, so I ended up not doing well and got a rejection in less than 24 hours.
