The person who interviewed me, Juanita- kind of condescending, made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to leave the interview after a few minutes in. She wanted to role play a feel scenarios, but they were only applicable if you've had call centre/banking experience.

What steps would you take if a customer lost their credit card on vacation?
Cv screening then follow up email interview then teams video calling then they will just send offer nothing much, the interview process is relatively easy but annoying so i dont really enjoy it

more like a job fair, around 50 people get there and get a number wait for the interview.
resume and id are required and the interview takes around 20 mins,
It is an 1-1 interview but with very noise envorment.
