I received an online video interview after the day I applied for the position. It's about 6 choice questions and 2 questions I have to record by your own device. I hate the video interview because it's really unsuitable for the recruitment process. Its really depends on your electronic device ( microphone, camera) and we need more time and money to just prepare for a first-step interview which is unguaranteed for the next one. I will never apply for a company which uses this technology.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
