For a customer service profile, they asked me if i have a driving license. when i told them i will manage with public transport, they said i should apply again once i have the license!!
If the profile has such a requirement, please mention that upfront in your job posting. Will save your as well as applicant's time.

The interview process was not bad. Pretty easy. First you get a phone interview that takes 10-15 min. After that you get a group interview virtually and they ask everyone a set of questions.

the interview was virtual and about 30 minutes long. They have you briefly walk through your resume, highlighting the most important career points and then some specific questions focusing on your skills, your knowledge.
