Applied online, received email to set up phone interview, phone interview about 30 mins long. They advise if their expectations and confirm you feel you’re a good fit then they ask a few behaviour questions. Week later had face to face interview.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
