It was an online video interview. After I applied they sent me an email saying I had to do the interview in two days. With other interviews going on, I did not have enough time. I also hate being on camera. I feel this is a way of saying, we are making you do the interview as we don't want to have to have in person interviews.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
