I have applied to BMO 3 times and both times i got a video interview within 2 days.I always thought the video interviews went well but i got rejected for further interview.Based on my experience and 3 or 4 other people that i know,it seems BMO just advertsises and sends these video interviews without intention to hire people.I am starting to doubt if the videos ever get watched at all.Total waste of time.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
