I applied online and received an email telling me to complete the hirevue interview in 2days. I just completed it and waiting for the result. It is hard for because they only give you 30sec to prepare for each question and 3min to answer. I have done some preparation because I have found reviews about this hirevue. But few of those mentioned that it is supposed to answer with your own experience. I just prepared graphs of my understanding of up selling and constructive feedback instead of my experience of all this stuff. So when the questions appeared, I felt like..what?and quickly search from my memory and tried to speak 3 min...
That's it....wish me good luck

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
