The second interview was with the hiring manager.
It was a bit odd, I felt like they had made a decision prior to my interview and it was a courtesy interview. The questions weren't even about my experience.

1 HR interview followed by 1 interview with hiring manager followed by presentation to Hiring Manager & HR rep - unfortunately had to follow up multiple times after presentation for any kind of answer. Additionally the amount of time that was needed to put together the presentation was way more than any interview should be asking for unpaid.

Please come up with 3 digital/social marketing ideas and 3 retail ideas for: Spiritbox – Eternal Blue and Lux Prima – Karen O + Danger Mouse albums around anniversary of album release. Spiritbox will be touring. Karen O + Danger Mouse will not be. Approximate the budget necessary and lead times required to execute. Prioritize the ideas.. Please ensure that at least 1 idea for each artist supports streaming growth and 1 idea promotes physical sales.
