two interviews, first over the phone, second with kind of assesment center/role play with regional management plus emea top management. Third interview was announced but never happened, finally got a job offer

Role play to present a proposal to the end customer (champion and CIO)
The interview process is usually fairly straight forward. I was not subjected to the usual process as I was already working with the team I was hired for.
