It took 4 months and 5 rounds of interviews to complete the process. The interviews were very reasonable except one where the person acted over smart. Overall, the process is managed unprofessionally and one does not have a clue where the whole status is, it is said that the hiring managers have complete empowerment

Approx. five rounds as per following sequence Program Manager - > Director 1 - > Director 2 -> Director 3 -> HR. They want 360 degree views and want to ensure feedback from different interviewers are consistent.
