one psychometric test, one IQ- style test ( together ) where they also give you limited time to do the test.
Three 45 minute interviews, two essays about random topics, presentation day. networking event, personal meeting with VP EMEA (4-5 stages alltogether).

Not really difficult or unexpected but HR are very careful and ask trick questions to figure out different things. Being fit in the company does not always mean respond with super confidence ( arrogance) or what you think is the best ( impress them )

Call with enthusiastic recruiter who put me forward to video call with the hiring manager. He talked for an hour about the company, not interested in my background. At the end of the interview I was told that moving forward it was my role to get his attention by selling myself to BMC (this was to be done by email/phone over the next week or so). I started by emailing, "introducing" myself and why they should consider having a talk with me. Got completely ghosted on both this email, phone messages and follow-up email. My 20 years in various sales and management positions in tech just didn't cut it I guess.

Recruiter Phone, Online Test, Hiring Mgr Face to Face, Managing Director Face to Face. Overall the process is thorough and efficient. The final stage would have been an interview with an EMEA VP.

Ridiculous process of five interviews with multiple appalling managers which generally was the same interview over and over again! Finally three was a test which was completely irrelevant for my role. The process was a complete joke!
