I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BMC Software (Pune) in May 2016.
Interview
HR called and emailed for telephonic interview.
1st Round - Normal Telephonic Interview for knowing the details about candidate, experience and work area i.e technology. Some question about what are the challenge's faced in your career and how did you solved those problems. If selected when you can join the company and what is your asking CTC?

Next day they call for the F2F interview for 2 rounds.
Round 1- Scheduled interview with 2 person
1) technical person/ manager - asked about my interest in position as IC or as team player. About the position over 70% of coding
Interview Questions
Given a real life project and ask to design the high level architect based on the design they asked the question.
Then they will asked the Client interface design and handling search and pagination.
Difference between comparable and comparator?
Why do we have comparator and whre we do used the comparable?
Write java collection hierarchy?
Difference between Liast, Collection and ArrayList?
Round 2 - Architecture Round
Design and Implement the code for the Producer and Consumer implementation with minimum time waiting for consumer.

Entretien
I applied via referral and I was scheduled interview.
I was communicated as technical round, but the interview totally went on the what I've worked in my previous experience. I've explained in brief so that we would move to technical area like problems or concepts.
It appeared that neither of us are satisfied with how it went. I wish it would have been better if communicated about what's expected.

Entretien
Appeared for online test. Then F2F rounds. Had 4 technical rounds, one technomanager round. And after few days one architect round n lastly HR round. After that no updates from HR. Followed up for same after which HR asked to send list of documents. Again no reply from hr after submitting documents. The entire process took 2 months and in the end after followup hr told that experience doesn't match the requirement. Such a disappointment. It was a good experience about interview process, all the interviews n HR were good but the reason they gave for denial of offer is not professional. Because if experience doesn't match the requirement it should have been noticed during interview and there was no need of asking for the documents.

Entretien
Interview was not very tough , they asked simple java questions which i answered. But interviewers were arrogant ( in f2f interview ) . They didnt have as much java knowledge as i had.
