Entretien

Round table with a senior manager, manager, and partner. From application to offer it took a few weeks. There was only one round of interviewing and then HR followed up a few hours later to let me know that they had an offer. It was an internship so there was no pay negotiations, but overall, it was pretty straight forward.

Question 1

It was mainly behavioral type questions. For example, "describe a time when you had to adapt to rapidly changing deadlines." It was an internship, so not very technical outside of general tax preparation experience. It was somewhat of a walkthrough of the resume, but it was pretty informal.
