Applied through Glassdoor and was contacted by email a week later for an interview. First interview was over the phone with HR and lasted about 30 minutes. This interview mostly focused on my background and qualifications. We went over my understanding of the job description and whether or not my experience was applicable. Next was an on-site interview with the potential supervisor. This interview lasted 1 hour and was slightly more technical, but was very conversational in nature. There were no forced/generic interview questions and I was given the floor to sell myself. The interviewer was very friendly and provided a lot of information about BKD. The interview concluded with a tour. We set up a third interview with one of the partners which was conducted over the phone. Mostly just clarifying questions about my background and why I was interested in the position. I was extended an offer during the phone call and sent a formal offer via email. One of the most positive interview experiences I have had.
