      Entretien

The interview process was pretty disorganized. I would get emails regarding upcoming interview from multiple HR people and it was difficulty to know who my point of contact was. The HR person also didn't seem to know much AT ALL about the job I was applying for. She couldn't even give me a firm answer on what location I'd be working at and originally told me the wrong one. Once speaking with the hiring manager, she was friendly and upbeat about the experience of working a BJC. She also was careful to put on her "politician face" to evade directly answering questions related to how fast paced the environment was and what the workload would be like. She said she'd call me the following week to tell me if I had the job. Then I get another email from IT who says that the hiring manager AND her supervisor wanted to interview me together now. So what was the point of the first one? The hiring manager's demeanor changed with her supervisor there and she let him do most of the talking. The supervisor wanted to know about my experience with triaging client, performing intake assessment, approaching sensitive topics with clients, etc. Overall, the two of them were fairly pleasant. But it was clear that even they didn't have a clear answer to what location I'd work at...
