Interview with HR was 45 minutes of behavioral questions. Tell me about a time when... type questions.
Interview with direct supervisor was fairly casual. Much more conversational than a formal interview.
After that interview, I was invited back for a second interview and shadowing of a current employee. I really appreciated this as it gave me the opportunity to decide if the job was right for me as much as they got to decide if I was right for the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I didn't think any of the questions were too difficult or unexpected. I guess the most challenging ones for me were questions about the type of people I work best with, the type of environment I work best in.. that type of thing. I am aware of my truthful answers to the questions, and went with those, but I was nervous of the "what if" my answer doesn't match what the culture is like.

Initial phone interview by HR recruiter, then in person interview with hiring manager, then called to meet with the team of case managers. The team of case managers appear to work harder and not smarter!. Consistently made discouraging statements about the position during the interview, so I asked myself, why would I want to work with an unhappy group of individuals? Answer: I don't, no offer was made and accepted a different position elsewhere!

Question 1
I was asked various questions about how my skills will transfer to case management. I am a case manager and aware of the role! Why do you want to be a case manager?. Asked the same question several times by different case managers. Felt like the Twilight Zone!

Questions were not too hard. Interview was professional, but laid-back. I met one-on-one with the lady from HR and she was very nice. I then had a second round of interviewing with the supervisor of the position. After the interview, I didn't hear anything, but followed up with HR every week for any progress. After 1 month, they told me I had not been chosen, but she recommended me for another position. After another week I got a second interview for a different position and was offered the job within the next week.
