Inteview experience absolutely terrible. Informal and awkward. Hire based on surely judgement from uneducated inexperienced technical GIS technician staff. If you want a job here be ready to brag about social experiences over lunch instead of presenting professional experience and overall knowledge base. Based on my Interview experience this company will not survive. My suggestions- recognize talent and DO NOT put your hiring process in the hands of recent low end graduates.
